Returns

At Vibe n Vogue, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, handcrafted products. While we strive for your total satisfaction, we know that sometimes items are not perfect.  Please note that we can only accommodate returns if there is a significant quality issue or the incorrect size is shipped.  If you are not fully satisfied due to a quality concern, you may request a return or exchange within 7 business days of the delivery date.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vibenvogue.com :
Include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the item(s) with tags clearly visible


Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn, Unaltered, Unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached
  • No marks or stains (including makeup or spray tan)
  • Hygiene stickers intact
  • Free from any odors (such as deodorant, perfume, detergent etc.)

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Please Note: Due to hygiene regulations, earrings and certain accessories (press-on nails, necklaces, glasses, gloves, swimsuits and leggings) cannot be returned.

Please do not send packages to the waybill address, as they will be refused and will not be processed for a refund.  Contact us at info@vibenvogue.com for the full correct return address.


Refunds

Refunds: Once we confirm that the item has been returned according to our policy, a gift card will be issued to your email.


Exchanges

If you want to exchange your item for a higher priced one, you will need to pay the difference.  However, if the new item costs less than the original, we will provide you with a gift card for the amount by email.


Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item (such as broken seams or damaged parts), please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a gift card for its value.


Important Information

  • Retain tracking information for your return package for security purposes.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item has a defect.
  • Final Sale Items: Clearance items are not eligible for return unless confirmed defective. Unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender.


Liability

Vibe n Vogue is not liable for customs fees, lost items, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Shipping Information


Shipping Delays

Due to policy adjustments from various countries related to our suppliers, some inbound parcels may experience detention or delayed release. This may result in increased shipping times of 1-2 weeks for certain deliveries.  Additionally, special circumstances in Canada may cause delays of 3-5 days. If you encounter any logistical issues, please contact us, and we will assist you promptly.

We utilize various logistics methods, including air and truck freight, to ensure efficient shipping.


Black Friday & Christmas Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum spend—limited time only! Please note that due to high shipping costs in certain regions (such as The Mediterranean, The Middle East, and South Africa), free standard shipping is available only on orders over $300.  Specific shipping fees will be displayed on the checkout page.  In some regions with Sanctions we may not be able to ship items.


Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time: 1-4 days (Monday-Saturday) after the order is placed.

Shipping Time: Varies by destination country.
